Abandoned Factory

I love pictures of old, rusting stuff!  This place is probably a Superfund site and I couldn't believe it was just sitting there in the middle of nowhere with its chain link gate hanging alluringly ajar.  The whole time I was there I kept waiting for someone to show up and kick me out, but nobody ever came.  The place has an air of quiet toxicity.

Scott I love the pics..where's this plant at?? Cement plant = heavy metals is my guess...wouldn't stop me from traipsing around tho....nice photos really nice...i love the old rusty stuff too...there are stories behind it and we'll never know very many of them and i think it makes it interesting. btw totally cool of you getting right out into the basins...keep an eye out for susan powell...i'm thinking in 50 years everyone will think we were stupid pigs for allowing waste sites out there much less DU, etc...that beauty will be discovered and precious someday...if people like you can just somehow succeed.
